The Invoicing page lets you create invoices for the services you provide to your Clients. It features two tabs: Invoices and Templates.
The Invoices tab lets you see all created invoices. In the upper right part of the screen, next to the Create New Invoice button, you can choose the date range to find a specific invoice more easily.
The table view contains the following columns: invoice ID number, date issued, the client the invoice is created for, status and balance. The invoice status can be changed directly from this table view. The available options are: Draft, Sent, Paid, Unpaid, Overdue. When you hover over an invoice, additional options for that invoice will appear on the right:
- Edit (opens the Invoice edit modal)
- Download invoice (PDF file)
- Preview invoice (see the Invoice example further down the page)
When creating an Invoice you can upload a logo that you want to appear at the top of your invoice. The optional fields in the header of the invoice are:
- Your location
- Your email
- Your additional info (e.g. bank account number)
To fill the Client field, choose a Client for your Client base or create a new one. The email field will automatically be filled. You can enter the Client’s address and some additional info if you want to. Later on, you can define the following:
- Invoice ID number - VivifyScrum will automatically pre-fill this, but you can change it
- Issue date
- Due date
- PO number
- Tax percentage (mark the checkbox if you want to apply the same Tax to all Items)
- Discount percentage (mark the checkbox if you want to apply the same Discount to all Items)
Preset Invoice fields can be modified.
Write the name (description) of your services or products in the table. For each item on your invoice you can define the following:
Amount and Total Amount will be filled automatically. You can rearrange the order of the Items by dragging it to a desired location.

Once you have created the Invoice you can save it as Draft or a new Template. You can also choose to send the invoice right away. This choice will open a new modal where you’ll be able to add more than one recipient of the invoice, to enter the email subject and your message.
The Templates tab gives you an insight into all saved invoice templates. When you hover over a template in the table, additional options will appear on the right. You can choose to edit, delete or use the invoice template. In the upper right corner of the page, you will find the Create New Template button.
