In the ‘Files’ section of an Item, attach relevant files that provide more details about that Item. You can drag and drop files from your device directly in the provided field. If you click on that field, you’ll be able to select files from your device to upload.
If you keep your files in the cloud storage, VivifyScrum got you covered with the Google Drive and Dropbox integrations. To link your VivifyScrum account with the cloud storage apps, click on the appropriate icon within the Files section of an item. You will be asked to sign in to your cloud storage account and to authorize access for your VivifyScrum account. Once you connect your account, you're good to go - attach Google Drive and Dropbox files to your VivifyScrum items.
You can delete or download files with the help of icons under the attached files.
Everything that’s attached to the Items on one Board can be found in the “Files” page. You can access it from the sidebar. Each of your Boards has its own “Files” page. You can search through it by using the search bar. Files (mostly images) are displayed using the thumbnail view. The other files that cannot be displayed that way are displayed with their default icons. Below the thumbnail is the file name, the Item link and two buttons - Download and Delete.
