The Project Calendar is the visualization of all of your Organization Members’ Engagements on the Projects that belong to your Organization. It is generated automatically as you add Engagements to your Organization Members.
You can access it as a separate tab on your organization’s Project page.
In the upper right part of your screen, you can set the date range for which the Project Calendar will be available. You can also set the view for Weeks, Months or Years.
By clicking on the bars next to the name of the Project, you will get the calendar view of individual engagements of Organization Members working on that Project.
By clicking on the Show All Engagements button, you will see all the Engagements on all the Projects belonging to your Organization.
